PIRE Academy 2023
SUNY Purchase, NY. March 31 - April 2
21 students from SUNY Binghamton, SUNY Albany, SUNY Purchase, SUNY OCC and Nassau CC came to the SUNY Purchase Campus from March 31 - April 2 for the 2023 edition of the Partners for International Research and Education (PIRE) Academy. Faculty and staff mentors from the University at Albany, Purchase College, and Columbia University led hands-on tree-ring, wildlife viewing and lab activities, educational workshops, and discussions that combined the issues of climate research and policy.
